TSS Grade 13 Hinge Self Adhesive Intumescent Kit

These TSS self-adhesive Intumescent Kits are pre-cut to suit the TSS Grade 13 Hinge Range.

For TSS Grade 13 Hinges use the below codes:

• Grade 13, 316 Stainless Steel = TSSHING3164X3
• Grade 13 = TSSHING134X3
• Grade 13 Radius = TSSHING134X3R

Intumescent Hinge Liners are designed to be fitted with Fire Rated Hinges in order to comply with FD30/60 Fire Regulations.

To Achieve FD30: One Intumescent Hinge Liner should be fitted to each leaf of the Hinge.

To Achieve FD60: Two Intumescent Hinge Liners should be fitted to each leaf of the Hinge.

The TSS Hinge Intumescent Kits are supplied in a Pack of 4 Liners.  For FD30 x1 TSSHINGINTKIT would suit 1x Pair of Hinges, for FD60 x1 TSSHINGINTKIT would suit 1x Single Hinge.
