Yale 81 Rollerbolt Nightlatch

The Yale 81 Rollerbolt Nightlatch is part of the Yale modern series. As such this nightlatch has a contemporary design with easy to use features and a simple functional aesthetic.

This particular version the roller bolt option which offers a push/pull action. This helps to prevent accidental lock outs and is ideal for communal entrance doors. Often found in multiple occupancy buildings including student accommodation etc. From the outside a key must be used to secure and open the door. From the inside the handle is used. It is important to consider that unlike sprung latch locks with roller bolt nightlatches a positive action must be taken after closing the door to ensure it is secured and therefore the potential for forgetting to secure the door after pulling it shut should be realised before installation as it may not be desirable.

Available in grey case with a choice of no cylinder, brass cylinder or satin chrome cylinder. If supplied with a cylinder then 2 keys are provided and the product is supplied boxed with the strike and fitting instructions
